All Star Software Systems offers a variety of support contract options to fit your company's needs, budget and response time requirements. A support contract ensures your system stays up and running with no interruption of business.  All Star offers fixed price support contracts as well as hourly rate support contracts.

Research indicates that resolving even simple problems can take up to 300% longer if you don’t have a support contract. Without a seasoned technology professional to assist, simple failures can turn into catastrophic problems.

All Star support contracts are backed by quality personnel who have a passion for success. Our support contracts are designed to be proactive rather than reactive and we include the following in all of our contracts:

  • Remote Support
  • Onsite Support
  • Quarterly Onsite Maintenance

  • Update Installation and Testing

Extended hour support contracts are also offered.  Rather than provide a fixed price extended support contract that may not be used that often, All Star provides an after hour, weekend and holiday support hourly rate that can be used as needed.
